Ginni Filaments plans expansion in new garment unit & non-wovens

Open-end spinning capacity expansion from 960 rotors to 1,680 rotors and expansion of ring spinning capacity is to be undertaken by Ginni Filaments spending Rs204.24 crore and Rs66 crore respectively
The spinning capacity will increase from 43 metric ton per day to 60 metric ton per day. The expansion of ring spinning will take its capacity to 16,800 spindles, after the planned expansion.
It is also planning to start production of non-woven fabrics besides setting up of a garment manufacturing unit at the existing plant at Chhata (UP) and Panoli (Gujarat).
