Home accessories marketer The Bombay Company Inc announced that Vicki L. Bradley, President of Bombay's Canadian operations, will assume the additional responsibility of Vice President of Stores for the United States and that the employment of Patsy P Holmes, Vice President of U.S. Stores, will end effective April 7, 2006. Bradley will report directly to Carreker.

"We look forward to being able to leverage Vicki's strong leadership skills here in the United States. Her broad-based experience and effectiveness has generated very successful results in Canada," said James D. Carreker, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

"We would like to thank Patsy for the many accomplishments during her seven-year tenure with the Company, where she served as Regional Director of Stores and most recently as Vice President of Stores, and we wish her well in her future endeavors," he continued.

Bradley has served as President of Canada since October 1999 and, prior to joining Bombay, served as Vice President of Sales and Operations for Marks & Spencer and spent a number of years with The Northern Group, a division of Woolworth/Venator in both the United States and Canada.

The Bombay Company Inc designs, sources and markets a unique line of home accessories, wall decor and furniture through 486 retail outlets, specialty catalogs and the Internet in the U.S. and internationally.
