Mega Carpets has received two delivery orders from Atlas Copco rotary screw compressors to provide necessary airpower to new facility.
Mega Carpet is to begin operation in new 1200 square meter factory in Dubai's Jebel Ali Free Zone.
This facility is set up only to meet the rising demand of polypropylene carpets.
Two Atlas Copco screw compressors have been installed to assist compressed air for two new polypropylene machines.
Atlas Copco compressors are designed to provide 20.4 cu m at 13 bar with independent essential air for the two Rieter polypropylene yarn extruders, each with a requirement for 16 cu m/min.
Atlas Copco's Elektronikon control system provides entire system performance at a glimpse and also facilities like alarm for shutdown, safety shutdowns and web integrated functions.
