Benninger brings textile finishing solutions to Techtextil

Switzerland-based Benninger, a worldwide leader in the development and manufacture of high-tech machines and systems for textile finishing and the production of tyre cord, will be present at Hall 3, Stand D 05 at the Techtextil show to be held in Frankfurt, Germany from May 4-7, 2015.

Benninger comprises three business divisions - Textile Finishing, Tyre Cord and Automation. However, the company’s passion for textiles is primarily expressed in the Textile Finishing division, which offers “customised textile solutions”.

Being fully focused on customers’ textile applications, Benninger offers tailor-made process solutions that are always based on the close cooperation with - and confirmation from - its customers, creating sustainable added value, the company said in a statement.

“Comprehensive process know-how in the fields of technical textiles, in particular in the areas of washing, water removal and desizing - also for large widths of up to 5,400 mm - is the basis for new, environmentally compatible production processes,” the statement reads.

This, combined with many years of experience in control and drive technology, enables Benninger to meet the strictest requirements regarding reproducible and fully documented production parameters, which are also often the basis for fulfilling the stipulated certification requirements.

In this respect Benninger is distinct in terms of its consultancy for application and project design, as well as in the holistic customer relationship throughout the life-cycle of a system.

As part of resource management, Benninger takes responsibility for sustainability. “With the recycling of drain water and waste heat, and the conservation of water, energy, chemicals and other valuable raw materials, Benninger is committed to creating environmentally benign solutions, accepting its responsibility towards customers, consumers and staff,” the company said.

The company informs that it has rounded off its product portfolio with respect to resource management by securing the rights to KASAG’s lye recovery systems.
