FiberLok names new manufacturing VP to drive growth initiatives

FiberLok, the Western Hemisphere's exclusive manufacturer of Lextra Fiber Graphics, recently appointed Chris Hall as Vice President of manufacturing.
In addition to managing the company's current manufacturing operations, Hall will oversee manufacturing of more than a dozen new products set to launch in the next 12 months. He also will spearhead the company's rapid expansion into new markets.
Lextra, the durable, soft and vibrantly colored labels and appliqués used by the nation's top sportswear brands, is the only contemporary alternative to screen printing, embroidery and woven labels for decoration and branding.
"Chris will be a key player in helping FiberLok meets increased demand for our Lextra product lines in the US and abroad," said Brown Abrams, Co-founder and CEO of FiberLok. "His experience in production planning and execution, quality program development and new manufacturing processes will help ensure FiberLok meets increased demand."
"With 12 US patents awarded and more than 20 new US patents pending, FiberLok is the world's only specialist in high-performance flock transfer printing," Abrams added.
Prior to joining FiberLok, Hall was Vice President of manufacturing for The ROHO Group, a St. Louis company that designs, manufactures and distributes seating and support products in the healthcare field.
Hall, with a bachelor of science in aerospace engineering and a master of business administration, beganhis career as a specialist in production management for The Boeing Company.
