KARL MAYER Textilmaschinenfabrik GmbH will also be showing a ZM SP 1800 direct beaming machine with GV creel and a CSB-PW 1800 size box to demonstrate its warp preparation technology.

The latest generation of this warp preparation technology has already been successfully launched onto markets all over the world, and it is now the turn of manufacturers in China to be impressed by this technology. Its technical features include the OPC networking facility and analysis software, a newly developed and patented yarn clamp, and yarn sensors with rapid reaction facility.

The KARL MAYER Service Plus package is also available for providing reliable technical support, thus ensuring that all this equipment and machinery will be able to operate non-stop. The KARL MAYER Teleservice system is one element of this package, and this will be being demonstrated 'live' at the exhibition.
