On Friday 2 June 2006, DMC signed an agreement with its lending banks for a financing line of 20 million euros maturing 31 December 2008.
This contract is being finalised with the settlement of the final procedures.
This agreement precedes and enables the market operations (capital increase and issue of convertible bonds) approved during the General Assembly of 27 February 2006.
This operation, executed under satisfactory financial conditions, is the last stage in the Group's financial restructuring.
Dollfus Mieg and Company (DMC) has woven its business through Europe and the rest of the world. It owns and operates two primary core activities: apparel sportswear fabrics (about 50 percent of sales) and craft supplies (such as wool and cotton threads used for needlepoint and embroidery).
