Nilit, a global manufacturer and leader in the production of nylon 6.6, will present its expanded portfolio of brands at the Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics trade show, October 25-28, 2006, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, in Shanghai, China.

This important venue will highlight the company's innovative developments and versatility in its range of finished lingerie, activewear, legwear and bodywear from its branded fibers.

Visitors to the Nilit booth (Hall W-5, Stand 5D02-04; 5E03-05) will have “an opportunity to see our high-tech nylon 6.6 polyamide fibers in today's most versatile garments, such as active- and outerwear, dance and legwear, intimate apparel, and hosiery,” comments Oded Breier, the Company's sales and Marketing Manager.

“The Intertextile exhibition presents a unique occasion to reach out to this important region and marketplace,” Breier continues.

“Asia, and primarily China, is a top priority for our sales and marketing efforts as more and more companies throughout the region seek out our high-quality yarns.”

The company's technical staff is in China and throughout the Far East on a regular basis to give immediate, direct service to customers.

“Throughout our history, we have emphasized our personal attention and quick response. Today, due to improvements in communication technology and multiple locations, distance is no longer 'remote.'”

Nilit's recent acquisitions include the Invista apparel production operation (in Germany) and the Torcidos Ibericos texturing facility in Catalunya, Spain.
