La-Z-Boy announces resignation of Treasurer

La-Z-Boy Incorporated announced the resignation of Mark Stegeman, Corporate Vice President and Treasurer. Stegeman, who joined the company in 2001, is leaving the company to accept a financial position at Brown-Forman Corporation in Louisville, Kentucky.
La-Z-Boy Incorporated Senior Vice President and CFO, Mike Riccio, said, "We wish Mark all the best in his new endeavors. During his tenure, he made many contributions to our company. While a search for a new Treasurer is under way, there is a strong team in place that will work to carry out Mark's responsibilities throughout the transition period."
