Alps Industries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Unaudited Financial Results subjected to "Limited Review" by the auditors of the Company, for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2007.
