Mediflow Waterbase pillow to improve quality of sleep

Studies now show that overly-fatigued Americans are struggling to sleep without taking any sleep aides. This results in an inability to cope with stress and in an acceleration of the affects of aging. As a response, Mediflow announces the benefits of the waterbase pillow as a means for aiding in sleep.
"As Americans work longer hours and juggle the demands of work and family, getting a good night's sleep is becoming increasingly difficult. Most adults require 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night, but many are surviving on only 5 to 6," says Michael Schneider of Mediflow. "Not only are people not sleeping enough, but many are afflicted with sleep disorders that severely impair their ability to function during the day and at work."
According to the National Institutes of Health, about 60 million Americans suffer from infrequent insomnia, and sleep disorders account for approximately $16 billion in annual health care costs. Sleeping pills, or sedative hypnotic prescriptions, are being filled at record numbers to combat the inability to sleep.
"What many people do not know is that getting a better night's sleep may be as simple as changing your pillow and a pillow carries none of the risks associated with prescriptions," Schneider stated. The Mediflow Waterbase pillow is the only pillow shown to improve the quality of sleep by a peer-reviewed clinical study performed at a leading medical school.
According to the Johns Hopkins Hospital Neck-Pain and Quality-of-Sleep Study published in the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, proper selection of a pillow can significantly reduce neck pain and improve quality of sleep.
