GTN to close Gundlapotla Yarn Processing Unit

GTN Industries Ltd has informed that the Company has received an Order dated October 31, 2007 from Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Hyderabad, communicating to close its Yarn Processing Unit located at Gundlapotla Village, Balanagar Mandal, Shadnagar, Mahoboobnagar district with immediate effect alleging that the Company has not complied with pollution norms as communicated by them to the Company.
The Company is taking necessary remedial action to get vacated the said order and the outcome of the same shall be intimated.
Meantime the Company has closed the unit effective from November 01, 2007, to comply with the orders of the Pollution Control Board.
