Change of composition of Supervisory Board of Gamma Holding

On 28 April 2011 the General Meeting of Shareholders of Gamma Holding N.V. re-appointed Mr J.H.M. Lindenbergh (67) as member of the Supervisory Board. Mr Lindenbergh has already been eight years a member of the Supervisory Board of Gamma Holding.

Furthermore, the General Meeting of Shareholders appointed Mr B.T. Molenaar (58), Managing Director of Gilde Buy Out Partners B.V. and Mr E.J. Westerink (50), CEO of Parcom Capital Management B.V. as member of the Supervisory Board.

In light of the agreements that were made in anticipation of the public offer by Gilde and Parcom, Mr R.J.A. van der Bruggen (63) stepped down as member of the Supervisory Board.

Gamma Holding is active in 34 countries with some 4,500 employees and consists of four business units: Ammeraal Beltech, Clear Edge Filtration, Dimension-Polyant and Bekaert Textiles.
