CGS, a global provider of business applications, enterprise learning, and outsourcing services, has announced that Etienne Aigner, a women's lifestyle brand for handbags, footwear, jewellery, and apparel, has selected its BlueCherry Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) suite.

The application, which will be hosted in the CGS Managed Cloud, is expected to improve communications across Etienne Aigner's sales, production, logistics and distribution teams, while also improving visibility of mission-critical data.

The collection of Etienne Aigner in North, Central, and South America faced operational issues across its enterprise and supply chain. The company sought an end-to-end solution to streamline workflows, improve supply chain visibility, and deliver real-time data and analytics. Following a thorough evaluation, Etienne Aigner selected BlueCherry ERP to support its team in the global market, by enhancing its business processes to gain a better, more holistic view into its supply chain.

Sonia Park, vice president of production and sourcing, Etienne Aigner said, “With a growing retail and ecommerce business, we needed a solution that would simplify our business processes – from production to sales – and increase visibility into our supply chain. CGS is known for its dynamic customer support services and robust solution platform. We knew that BlueCherry ERP would be the perfect fit for our current needs and future growth, helping us to improve business operations and advance customer fulfilment.”

Paul Magel, president business applications and technology outsourcing division, CGS said, “In today's competitive fashion market with increased consumer demands, the need for efficient operations and visibility is key to meeting business goals. We are excited to welcome Etienne Aigner to our BlueCherry community and look forward to implementing BlueCherry ERP to provide end-to-end supply chain visibility.” (GK)
