Swimwear manufacturer Gottex, will be implementing Priority Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions at all its sites worldwide to manage its global operations.

Gottex will implement a single solution enabling users to effectively manage and control daily operations, saving valuable time and resources with Priority ERP.

MedaTech, a developer of ERP solutions,  implemented Priority ERP company-wide at Gottex, including dedicated customisations of the Priority system to support the company's financial operations, purchasing, planning and production management, with an emphasis on inventory control and improving delivery ratios

Liat Leiser, Gottex CIO, said, "Integrating Priority ERP really helped us implement new strategic processes throughout our entire organisation. The results were clear – improved supply chain efficiency, cost-savings and enhanced company performance. More importantly, with Priority, we were able to create true information transparency on a corporate level and improve our data analysis, both of which help us in the decision-making process."

“The project was challenging since Gottex operates in several countries, with marketing offices in the US and production plants in the US, China, Morocco and Hungary. We continue to work closely with the Gottex team to provide them with a holistic solution for a wide variety of users and support the ever changing fashion industry's needs,” said Hanna Sarel, CEO of MedaTech Israel.  (HO)
