Visual 2000 International Inc. and Clientis-S3G LLC have formed a strategic alliance to integrate the popular Visual PLM.net fashion product lifecycle management solution with the SAP Business All-in-One Apparel and Footwear Solution (AFS). The agreement enables Clientis-S3G, a value-added reseller (VAR) of SAP Business All-in-One solutions, to integrate and market the Visual 2000 PLM solution to businesses running SAP AFS in North America, Brazil, and India. The companies believe that the integrated solution will fill significant functional and visibility gaps in the fashion design, product development, and sourcing processes for these companies.

“We are pleased to partner with Clientis-S3G to fulfill unmet needs for current and future AFS customers”, noted Charles Benoualid, Visual 2000 Vice President of Research and Development. “This alliance will streamline the process of integration and ensure our ability to deliver the deep level of capabilities needed to drive significant business improvements and value for these companies.”

Software modules included in the SAP Business All-in-One AFS solution include financial accounting and control, material management, sales and distribution, production planning, and quality management. Visual PLM.net provides solutions for managing all product information and images, colors and raw materials, merchandise and line plans, size and technical specifications, sampling and costing, time and action calendars, and most other pre-production activities. According to Clientis-S3G, fashion companies running or planning to implement the SAP AFS solution have expressed the need for fully integrated, fashion-centric PLM capabilities.

According to Michael Donnelly, President of Clientis-S3G, “The fashion and apparel industry requires comprehensive solutions that provide the intricate detail and history necessary to design and develop products in a collaborative and timely manner. Our partnership will provide a competitive advantage to companies that are working to stay ahead of the curve.”

From its headquarters near Atlanta, GA and extensive operations in the USA, Latin America, Europe, and India, Clientis-S3G LLC provides SAP Business All-in-One ERP and Supply Chain solutions and services to Retail, Apparel, Textile, Logistics, Manufacturing and other industries. Team members include original developers of the SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution (AFS) that have participated in nearly half of all AFS implementations worldwide. Major global customers include Alpargatas, Bauer Hockey, Foxhead, Hering, Lanxess, Lenovo, Marisol, Pacific Group, Superior Uniform Group, Triumph International, Velez, and Warnaco.

Visual PLM.net provides retailers and their supply chain partners with a configurable, out-of-the-box software solution for managing all product information and images, colors and raw materials, merchandise and line plans, size and technical specifications, sampling and costing, time and action calendars, and other critical business assets and processes. By making this always-up-to-date information readily accessible to all, Visual PLM.net improves team and partner collaboration, increases process visibility, reduces product costs, and streamlines the entire concept-to-delivery business process.
