Lectra signs deal with Cegep Marie-Victorin fashion school

Marie-Victorin College was founded in 1965 by six religious congregations. The institution was providing general education and professional training. In 1972, the Fashion Design department was created. In 1993, Marie-Victorin College changed status and became public, making them the first college offering the following Fashion Design programs: Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising. At the same time, the Fashion Design program offered a specialization in fur design with an internship in Denmark.
