San Diego Hat Co goes live with Epicor 9 ERP
Dec '11
With the support and assistance of Alternative Technology Solutions, San Diego Hat Company has launched Epicor 9 ERP to help the company meet the growing demands of its global business.

San Diego Hat selected Alternative Technology Solutions as their implementation partner to provide the consulting, training and technical expertise required to implement the Epicor 9 software solution.

For more than eighteen years, San Diego Hat Company has designed and manufactured stylish and functional hats for consumers of all ages. The company's chic hats are sold through high-end retailers and boutique stores across the U.S. and Europe.

In choosing Epicor 9, San Diego Hat Company was seeking a comprehensive new-technology business platform, which could scale to meet their expanding requirements for web marketing, seasonal product planning and fast-paced worldwide distribution.

"Alternative brought solutions to address the implementation challenges we were experiencing. Their product and industry expertise within distribution -- specifically order fulfillment -- were and continue to be invaluable to us," said Courtney Bush, president of San Diego Hat Company. "

"We are thankful to have their support during our go live and are very excited to leverage their team's expertise as we continue to optimize the technology."

"We are very pleased to assist San Diego Hat Company in their efforts to implement Epicor 9 and in their continued efforts to optimize the product for their business. Most customers stop implementation efforts at go live and do not reach the system's full potential. We are excited that San Diego Hat viewed going live as the first step, and look forward to continuing to help," said Vivian Keena, CEO of Alternative Technology Solutions.

The San Diego Hat Company was founded in 1993 by two friends who share a passion for world travel and an enduring love for hats. With all design work completed in-house, the company has remained focused on craftsmanship, the highest quality materials and stylish designs.

Alternative Technology Solutions was founded in 2009 with a customer-centric philosophy. Alternative delivers industry expertise as a solutions provider for the Epicor and Salesforce software products.
