intelloCut announces its participation at InDIGO 2013 to be held in International Trade Expo-Centre, Sector 62, Noida from 19th till 20th April, 2013. It will exhibit at the event (Booth No. 6) and demonstrate its material saving and optimization software for sewn products industry (apparel / leather / inflatable / upholstery / footwear / home furnishing manufacturers/ technical textile).

Mausmi Ambastha, CEO, intelloCut will be speaking at the conference on 20th April and explain how the manufacturing units of sewn products can measure, predict and optimize fabric utilization and cutting room productivity and thereby, not only save fabric, time and labor, but also contribute hugely towards greener environment by reducing wastage. She will also explain how intelloCut can make the industry lean, green, and sustainable by saving material upto 10%, improving cutting room productivity upto 30% and reducing end bits upto 70%.

It has been proven to save upto 10% fabric in all practical scenarios. intelloCut completely automates the complex Cut Order Planning, Fabric Grouping and Roll Allocation problems for maximizing savings. It also provides a rich multi-lingual user interface for ease of use.

Besides, intelloCut has a comprehensive business intelligence reporting module that gives real-time statistics of the factory. This business intelligence module is also available as a mobile application that can run on any smart-phone and tablet.
