Empower Software Solutions, a leading provider of workforce management (WFM) and human capital management (HCM) solutions, has announced that Parigi Group, North America’s premier children’s apparel and Lifestyle Company, has selected EmpowerWFM as the company’s workforce management solution.

“They never made us feel like we had to change our processes to match the solution. Even the implementation team was a delight, as they worked to understand our needs, especially around integration.”

Parigi Group, whose brands include Hartstrings, kc parker, and Baby Phat, is replacing its legacy workforce management solution with EmpowerWFM. The solution’s capabilities include time and attendance, labor forecasting, scheduling, employee self-service and dashboard reporting.

“Our previous system did not easily support our fluid and flexible staffing requirements, and integration with other systems was a limiting factor,” said Lena Vladsky, Human Resources Director at Parigi Group. “Empower WFM meets all our functional requirements, the ease of use is excellent, and it integrates easily with all our existing systems.”

“Parigi Group is a dynamic and progressive organization, so the scalability and configurability of EmpowerWFM makes our solution a perfect fit,” said Joe Olson, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Workforce Management for Empower Software. “Additionally, Parigi Group’s associates will enjoy our easy to use, self-service functions which are great for efficiency and morale, supporting high levels of customer service and retail sales growth.”

EmpowerWFM is now in use at all 39 retail locations, as well as in the Parigi Group distribution network. “Empower took a very personal approach,” added Vladsky. “They never made us feel like we had to change our processes to match the solution. Even the implementation team was a delight, as they worked to understand our needs, especially around integration.”
