Second Female secures growth with Apps4Fashion app
Sep '13
Second Female, the successful Danish women's clothing label, secures its international growth and lifts its customer service to a higher level, by automating its sales processes with the Apps4Fashion sales representatives app and the Apps4Fashion B2B webshop.
Sales and Exports Manager Winnie Iversen says, “We are acutely aware that our growth must not become a hindrance. That could lead to bad customer experiences, should we not be able to manage our growth. We want to avoid this at all times. That’s why we’ve spent a lot of time looking for the right solution for us.”
Referring to the itSuitsFashion International solutions, she adds, "We had already been following their innovative solutions for a while. The fact that these are used successfully by so many fashion companies in several different countries was the decisive factor for us to push the button and go ahead with Apps4Fashion."
Winnie Iversen continues, “Our errors have been minimised and our customer service has been improved. These are very important parameters, but most importantly, we have been able to manage and maintain our growth."
"For our entire sales team, this means that the orders that what we write in Apps4Fashion is directly processed in our ERP system and we no longer have to first write orders on paper and then having to enter them in the system manually. This saves us a lot of time and is much more efficient."
"Moreover, we have been able to optimize our service to retailers, by providing them with the possibility to place orders and access stock information 24/7 through our online B2B web shop. This B2B web shop was very easily and quickly online by using the web based version of Apps4Fashion”, says Winnie Iversen.
