Netsuite Cloud for seamless omnichannel commerce

NetSuite Inc., the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP and omnichannel software suites, announced new customer wins and strong momentum among multichannel retailers who have selected NetSuite SuiteCommerce, bringing the platform's ecommerce and point-of-sale (POS) together with NetSuite's cloud ERP / financials, inventory, order management and CRM capabilities to achieve a true omnichannel brand experience, reduce operational costs and improve end-to-end efficiency, increasing customer satisfaction and bottom-line profitability.

NetSuite SuiteCommerce is increasingly becoming the platform of choice for retailers who realize the value of a fully integrated, cloud-based solution to link every step of a multichannel, multi-location retail business from ecommerce, POS, order and inventory management to CRM, analytics and financials.

Ibex Outdoor Clothing, a maker of high quality merino wool clothing designed for the outdoors is leveraging NetSuite's integrated platform to run its entire business operations, from financials, order and inventory management to CRM and ecommerce.

It has achieved outstanding gains in efficiency and an increase in sales since going live on NetSuite and launching its ecommerce site on the SuiteCommerce platform. In the final phase of its implementation, Ibex launched NetSuite POS to power the POS systems at its retail stores in Seattle and Boston.
