InStyle releases new version 4.6 of 'Apparel ERP Software'

InStyle Software, Inc. releases new version 4.6 of InStyle Apparel ERP including improved integration with Excel, improved integration with QuickBooks, improved email alerts and improved integration with ecommerce. Additional features include CRM (Customer Relationship Management) features that improve the use of InStyle for sales and customer service.

The new version of the apparel software package includes improvement to error processing for EDI orders, with automatic error detection and correction when possible. Order entry has been streamlined, and we now have an option for showroom walk-in sales. Inventory for apparel manufacturers is a big challenge. We have improved our reporting and multi-warehouse reporting for raw materials and finished goods.

“Most of InStyle's customers have already started the upgrade process or will upgrade to version 4.6 in the second quarter of 2014. As part of our software maintenance, InStyle offers customers free software upgrades. And other companies offer free upgrades too. InStyle does not stop there. InStyle will install the upgrades for free too. Complimentary installation helps InStyle clients stay current and helps InStyle Software, Inc. because it reduced maintenance costs,” said Sergio Prusky, President of InStyle Software. Inc.

InStyle Apparel ERP 4.6 is all about automation. InStyle conducted a careful analysis of their clients’ workflows, and found tasks that were done manually, but had no value add. InStyle Apparel ERP has been able to support all the basic operations of an apparel manufacturer or importer for quite some time now. The new version of InStyle takes the software to the next level, anticipating what clients in the apparel industry sector need, and working very closely with these clients to understand how small changes in the flow can save hours of work and days of lead time.

“Version 4.6 is all about optimization,” said Sergio Prusky. Incremental and systematic changes to the daily operations of customers have resulted in huge productivity improvements.

New features of this version also include better integration with ecommerce using the Magento ecommerce platform owned by Ebay.

InStyle Software is a technology company that offers the fashion industry a new generation of Enterprise solutions that are faster and less expensive than traditional software systems. InStyle provides a full suite of solutions from PLM and ERP through E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
