Methods Workshop plans Mexican debut of Quick TruCost V9

Methods Workshop LLC, a global leader in fashion and sewn products costing and engineering solutions, has planned to launch its Quick TruCost V9 quick costing solution along with its Engineered TruCost production costing and methods engineering software at the Expo Producción tradeshow from February 4 to 6, 2015 in Mexico City of Central America.

The software developer and marketer will also exhibit its popular Engineered TruCost (ETC) production costing and engineering solution at the region’s leading tradeshow.

Methods Workshop president John Stern said, “We are excited with the opportunity to launch QTC 9 at Expo Producción. While it was already a valuable solution for brands and manufacturers, QTC has now been completely redesigned around the latest Microsoft technologies to provide greater costing performance and a superior user experience. We are confident that many apparel and fashion companies in Mexico and Central America will be interested to learn how this software can help them predict costs earlier, more accurately and in a fraction of the usual time.”

Quick TruCost is designed for early-stage design, product development, and pre-production costing requirements. By answering eight or ten simple product questions, QTC users can immediately and accurately predict the manufacturing cost of their products.

Engineered TruCost enables engineers and other manufacturing professionals to quickly and accurately determine production labour costs, define operational best practices, and benchmark manufacturing performance against global standards. Together, these innovative Methods Workshop solutions enable fashion brands and manufacturers to identify and control costs throughout the product development and production processes.
