Eurostop WinRMIS manages Larizia stock levels

Larizia, the family owned and run high end designer retailer based in London is to run Eurostop's WinRMIS Retail Management solution and its WinPOS Point of Sale system across its existing three stores and head office.
The systems will also be installed at the retailers two new stores planned for opening later in 2008. The Eurostop solutions replace a manual system that the retailer has been using since suffering a bad experience several years ago with an early EPOS system that wasn't robust enough to support the business.
Eurostop was selected after a yearlong, detailed search for the most suitable system to meet the retailer's requirements, which involved reviewing six systems and speaking to several customers for references.
The Eurostop system was chosen for its all round functional capability based on modern technology and close fit to Larizia's requirements. Of particular importance was its comprehensive reporting facilities that give feedback on sales in close to real time, the ability to interface to the company's accounting system, Sage, and its customer loyalty system that gives valuable customer information at till-point and enables selective one-to-one marketing campaigns. Also of importance was Eurostop's reputation for providing excellent after sales service.
Dr. Bill Jones, a member of the family, and responsible for the selection of the new systems commented, “The barcoding facilities and the drill down reports in the new Eurostop system will enable us to analyse and track our business. Put simply, it gives us all the information we need to achieve sales by ensuring that we have the right stock in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand. Our customers are obviously very important to us and a key element will be the Customer Loyalty facilities within the Eurostop system.”
