The center offers product testing and training for customers, engineers, designers, and industry students nationwide. It is the first center of its kind in SouthEast Asia, and will also serve the needs of apparel and related industries in the neighboring countries, including Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

The company established a Wholly-Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE), with headquarters in Hanoi, in May, 2007.
