Ciba to demonstrate MyColorViz Creative software at DRUPA

MyColorViz Creative, which uses MetalFX patented metallic printing technology, is the first soft-proofing software for metallic printing.
Compatible with Mac and Windows operating systems, MyColorViz Creative is supplied on a stand-alone basis or as part of the MetalFX Design kit, which also includes MetalFX swatch books.
New additions to www.matchmycolor.com, the award-winning toolbox of solutions for color management, include supply of real-time, formulated color samples matched by the site's online color-matching system; a revamp of the online color feasibility process to make it more intuitive to use and to allow multiple calculations to be performed simultaneously; and new partner Flint Group, which is dedicated to serving the global printing and packaging industries with printing inks, printing plates and sleeve systems, pressroom chemicals, blankets and sleeves.
“The new functionality will make it easy for a brand owner to check the real-world feasibility of their brand's entire color palette simultaneously, or a specific brand color in a variety of applications and on a variety of substrates,” says Sonia Megert Marshall.
