Finish Line uses Omniture SiteCatalyst to personalize promotions

Using Test&Target, Finish Line will be able to personalize content and promotions -- streamlining merchandise recommendations and focusing on the individual online shopping experience of their customers.
Through the Genesis platform, the company will integrate their online customer survey technology using ForeSee Results with Omniture Web analytics -- combining true customer feedback with behavioral data in order to formulate effective online promotions and campaigns. Finish Line will also integrate their ExactTarget email marketing technology into Omniture via the Genesis platform to allow more targeted email marketing campaigns.
