Infor announced the availability of Infor SCM Warehouse Management Business Edition, a cost-effective software solution tailored to the requirements of small to midsized businesses (SMBs).

Infor's Business Edition solutions address the complex business challenges facing SMBs while also meeting their IT departments' need for streamlined solutions that are easier to implement and maintain.

Infor SCM Warehouse Management Business Edition is ideally suited for industries such as third-party logistics, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and other areas where SMBs seek to achieve world-class warehouse operations.

SMBs are confronted with many of the same fulfillment challenges as large enterprises, with a similar fundamental need to improve inventory accuracy, optimize work and task management, and maximize the utilization of warehouse space and personnel.

SMBs typically face longer supply chains and erratic service levels, requiring a pressing need to anticipate changes outside the warehouse to better manage inbound deliveries and upstream changes in customer demand.

Infor SCM Warehouse Management Business Edition provides SMBs with the extended warehouse management software functionality they need to implement best practices and process improvements, but with technology options designed for their smaller IT footprint.

“Infor's enterprise-class Warehouse Management solution is proven in some of the most demanding supplychain environments and we've leveraged this experience to create a business solution that is tailored to the needs of the growing SMB market,” said John Pulling, senior director, Supply Chain Management, Infor.
