Coremetrics to create unique monitoring tool for T-shirts retailer

Coremetrics, the leading provider of digital marketing optimization solutions, announced that CustomInk LLC is using Coremetrics to monitor availability and performance of critical components of its CustomInk.com web site, enhancing the overall customer experience.

The CustomInk.com marketing staff leveraged Coremetrics to create a unique monitoring tool that identifies potential problems in its Design Lab, an interactive tool that allows customers to design and then print custom t-shirts.

The ability to pinpoint issues early on enables CustomInk.com to easily solve problems before they affect the customer.

CustomInk.com is a leading online retailer of custom t-shirts. The CustomInk.com site enables people to design and order custom printed t-shirts for groups such as sport teams, those participating in charity events and even families celebrating reunions. The company expects to deliver more than five million shirts in 2008.

"If the Design Lab doesn't load and run properly, customers can't design their t-shirts and complete their purchases, potentially leaving a bachelorette party without matching 'last fling before the ring' shirts," said Rachel Jacobsen, marketing analyst at CustomInk.com.

"With Coremetrics and the Lab Monitor we've created, I can identify problems with the Design Lab within a day, and step in to correct them quickly so customers can successfully complete their product designs and order them."

A Coremetrics customer since 2002, CustomInk.com also uses Coremetrics analysis and reporting to track key performance and operational metrics, understand site change impacts and evaluate the profitability of marketing programs.
