HCL launches stylish POS solution at India Retail Forum

HCL Infosystems Limited, India's premier information enabling company and leaders in retail point-of-sales solutions proved its technology leadership once again by unveiling POS solution- HCL Ambience PowerMate at the India Retail Forum.

HCL also showcased the HCL Beepos POS Solution powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processor for maximising businesses, the 15 inch-17 inch touch screen kiosk, the HCL Thermal High Speed Retail TSP 700 printer for barcode, label, receipt and ticket printing and the HCL Elegance- the stylish POS with finger touch option.

At the India Retail Forum HCL also rolled out its range of End-to-End Retail Business solutions for branch roll out, total outsourcing, warehousing and CRM solution and TILL application Software.

HCL ventured into retail IT Infrastructure almost six years back and has virtually been a single-hand support to some of the country's largest retail majors, in suggesting, developing and implementing their ICT infrastructures. The HCL Ambience PowerMate solution can be used as a mobile POS for immediate check out openings.

It has a capacity to work for 4-5 hours during power failures, has small footprint and absolutely no chances of crashing the hard disc. The HCL Ambience PowerMate point-of-sales solution is targeted for small and medium business and regular retail clients.
