Immense benefits to retailers from Cybertill web packages

EPoS & e-commerce technology company, Cybertill Limited, has introduced a new specialist web services team to its business. This enables it to offer a range of packages to get its apparel clients online or improve their existing operations.

“We already drive more than 500 e-commerce businesses for our clients, of which a large number are in the apparel sector,” explains Ian Tomlinson, Managing Director at Cybertill. “Many of them also operate stores, and benefit from using our cybertill software to manage multiple channels as one, as a single business.”

Tomlinson goes on to explain that both new and existing clients have been asking Cybertill for more specialist web services skills, which would remove the need for them to find their own web designers.

With the recent growth in e-retail continuing to defy the general retail downturn, Tomlinson argues that no retailer can afford to be without an online store. “Web shopping is at an all time high and shows no sign of reducing. Our clients are very internet-savvy and are keen to extend and improve their online offering. They've asked us to be a one-stop shop for all their software needs and we've responded by making specialist web skills available.”

Four web services packages are offered at differing levels of investment, each of which will put an online business on a secure and professional footing. An entry-level templated Bronze package enables smaller businesses or new starts to easily create their own site. For retailers opting for packages branded Silver, Gold and Platinum, Cybertill will undertake the site design and construction.

Silver and Gold packages offer a wider choice of graphic themes, seasonal graphic changes, home page special offers and the creation of e-newsletters. Platinum is the ultimate package and delivers the most sophisticated, optimised site with bespoke graphics and online marketing tools.

Search engine optimisation plays a critical part in the three more comprehensive packages. Facilities offered include recommendation of keywords, pre-optimisation research, page optimisation, submission of site details to online business directories and major search engines, creation and submission of XML site maps to search engines, and SEO ranking reports.

EPoS & e-commerce supplier, Cybertill, makes its solutions available as a web-based managed service over a virtual private network. The result is a powerful, real time, cost-effective solution for all retailers. Enabling its clients to exploit multi-channel retailing, it optimises single sales channels or integrates operations across stores, e-commerce and mail order in a flexible and intuitive way.

Cybertill has removed barriers of technical complexity, risk and affordability for scores of smaller businesses. At the same time, its power and scalability have resulted in some of the UK's largest retailers such as British Red Cross selecting the solution for use in hundreds of stores.

Cybertill is now installed in over in 3,000 retail outlets nationwide, within both independent and multiple retailers. It also drives more than 500 e-commerce businesses and it has established an international user base in Europe and the United States.
