Australian specialty sporting goods retailer Sportsman's Warehouse announced a successful deployment of ARC Retail Performance Management Suite 5.8 to improve their business performance with data driven decision making capabilities. The specialty retailer had deployed ARC for its unique, built-in decision making capabilities for fashion merchandising business processes.

With ARC Retail Performance Management, Sportsman's Warehouse is expected to improve merchandise assortment, improve inventory control, maximize sell-through, optimize allocations, maximize new product performance, and control operational costs.

Mr. Sajat (Saj) Mahajan, Managing Director at Sportsman's Warehouse says, "Right through the deployment, we found the team's approach professional, proactive and thorough, while also being flexible and considerate, especially with regard to speed of implementation. I have no doubt that Sportsman's Warehouse will achieve better results in this tough economic climate, having access to, and utilizing ARC's analytical capabilities."

Manthan's Vice President, Mr. Boby Mohan promises, "With ARC's ability to reveal hidden insights in their data, Sportsman's Warehouse will greatly benefit from the analytic best practices built into the product. In these tough times, retailers need a business intelligence tool like ARC to control their costs, maximize profitability and boost sales; while taking away the pain of developing, integrating and customizing the business intelligence, data warehousing and performance management technologies required to enable decision making."

Sportsman's Warehouse is a Canberra based company that has been retailing quality sporting, leisure and recreational apparel, equipment and footwear in regional Australia for over 25 years.
