Epicor LP Solution at NRF Loss Prevention Conference & EXPO

Epicor Software Corporation will be exhibiting at the NRF Loss Prevention Conference & Expo and previewing its new loss prevention (LP) product, part of the company's full suite of software applications for retailers. Epicor Retail Loss Prevention 5.0, to be released in Fall 2009, is designed to provide LP professionals with the right technology tools to reduce shrink, deter theft and increase profitability while keeping the store an employee-friendly environment.

Epicor Retail Loss Prevention analyzes the retailer's central database of store-level transactions and automatically detects patterns of fraudulent activity and identifies procedural violations that may signal the need for additional employee training or further fraud investigation.

Loss Prevention's Case Management tool allows retailers to track all relevant case information in one location for streamlined maintenance—enabling case values to be established and restitution schedules to be created and maintained. Loss Prevention's flexible, exception-based reporting features contribute to quick ROI and improve productivity for loss prevention professionals.
