One of Turkey's fastest growing manufacturer and designer of carton boards, textile packaging labels, and paper bags will implement abas Business Software (ERP, PPC, MRP, eBusiness) to increase operational efficiency and gain a web platform to drive global business and profitability.

After major growth and serious investments in machinery, Venk noticed that buying machines does not necessarily improve production. To improve their manufacturing department an ERP software was needed to run their production on an optimal level.

Synchronizing different department and production centers, precise forecasting to reduce unnecessary costs and fully controlling their inventory were their demands for a state of the art business software. Also in today's world of web 2.0, the system had to have a strong eBusiness aspect and be based on intranet and extranet.

“ABAS Software Partner in Turkey focused on representing solutions rather than selling a software”, Ferik Dansik, Managing Director of Venk offset on choosing abas Business Software

“The most important evaluation criteria in our ERP system acquisition process was the perspective and expertise of the ERP vendor. ABAS Business Software was the most appropriate system to fulfill our demands. We have found many features and functions in abas and received answers to all our questions.”, adds Dansik.

In spite of global economic challenges, 2009 has been an investment year for Venk. Now they are stronger than ever with new machineries and equipments which has been supplied from world leading companies.

Venk Ofset has been established in 1974 by Mehmet DANSIK in Istanbul's district of Cagaloglu on a production area of 50m². Today, with great know how, Venk Ofset had quickly become one of the fastest growing companies in the region and is serving markets in the United Kingdom, North America, Israel, Spain, Italy, and Denmark.

Founded in 1980, ABAS is a leading provider of cost-effective ERP solutions for midmarket manufacturers and distributors. abas Business Software is an ERP & eBusiness application designed for manufacturers in the Assemble-to-Order, Make-to-Order and Engineer-to-Order environment as well as for distribution and service companies.
