iCongo, a leading provider of e-commerce and multi-channel marketing systems, announced that giggle, the one-stop source for today's new parent offering a complete checklist of only the best products for a smarter nursery and a robust baby gift registry, has chosen the iCongo E-Commerce Platform as the foundation for growing its online direct-to-consumer business.

"We are excited to work with giggle, an award-winning brand that is a clear leader in their space and a premier authoritative resource for expecting and new parents”, said Irwin Kramer, CEO of iCongo. “Our e-commerce platform, already used by many retail leaders, is well suited for helping companies like giggle grow.”

“giggle customer service is priority number one. With iCongo, we know that we are partnering with a firm that understands our operations and can help us meet our growth objectives," stated giggle Founder and CEO Ali Wing. “We selected iCongo because they have a track record for addressing the complexities of managing a multi-channel retailer. It's imperative that all giggle partners work with us to continually improve our customers' experience.”

The choice of an e-commerce system is a significant one, as retailers must trust the provider they choose to build off a stable but innovative platform, and continually enhance functionality to support both buyers and the retailer's own operations and marketing activities. Increased visibility to and availability of inventories to satisfy both web and in-store sales is part of what today's “cross channel” systems must support. Pick/pack and ship with integration to warehouse and delivery carriers is mandatory.
