Jones added, “We relied heavily on the expertise and best-practice processes that the JDA Strategic Services team brought to the project. As a result, we completed our aggressive implementation on time and on budget, as well as enhanced our overall business processes while managing to maintain the individuality of the three brands.”
The JDA Allocation and JDA Workforce Management implementations mark the first milestone in the retailer's multi-phased plan to replace its former systems with several best-of-breed JDA solutions that will help drive enhanced merchandise planning, demand forecasting, replenishment and inventory management throughout its enterprise.
