ATG's application for Tommy receives two awards

ATG (Art Technology Group, Inc.,), the premier provider of cross-channel commerce solutions, announced that its products have recently received three notable industry awards recognizing excellence and innovation, including the Retail Advertising and Marketing Association's (RAMA) Racie Award, the Retail Information Systems News (RIS News) Mobile App of the Year Award and the Technology Marketing Company (TMCnet) CRM Excellence Award.

In March, Tommy Hilfiger and ATG were presented with a Racie Award in the “Mobile/Apps” category, recognizing how Tommy Hilfiger for iPhone serves as a bridge between shopping channels and helps consumers effortlessly research products and make purchases on the go. Tommy Hilfiger for iPhone was developed using ATG Mobile for iPhone, a comprehensive mobile shopping framework created by ATG to help its customers connect mobile commerce seamlessly to their e-commerce and brick-and-mortar operations. The Racie Awards honor the year's best ads, commercials, digital efforts and other communication materials in the retail industry. All entries were evaluated on three main components: strategy, creativity and innovation, and results.

Tommy Hilfiger's collaboration with ATG also resulted in the triumphant win of the first ever RIS News Mobile App of the Year Award, which applauds cutting-edge retailers for their game-changing innovations in mobile retailing. The application won in the “Rich Experience” category for giving consumers the opportunity to explore, search and purchase Tommy Hilfiger apparel anytime, anywhere. In announcing this win, RIS News' editorial team acknowledged the cross channel shopping components of the application, noting whether shoppers start online or on their iPhones, their shopping carts follow them.

ATG Optimization services also received recognition when ATG Click to Call was honored with the Eleventh Annual CRM Excellence Award. The award spotlights products and services that help extend and expand customer relationships to encompass the entire enterprise and lifetime of the customer. ATG Click to Call usage at The Hartford illustrated to the CRM Excellence Award Judges how innovative live help solutions can decrease online abandonment rates, increase conversion rates and engage customers with service in their moment of need.
