iCongo Inc., a leading provider of e-commerce, multi-channel, order management and marketing systems, announced that it will be participating in a joint webinar with The Clarks Companies, NA, featuring Gartner, discussing the Evolution of E-Commerce and how Clarks will leverage a single platform for wholesale, retail and cross-channel.

The live event will be held on Thursday, July 15th at 1:00PM Eastern, moderated by Stores Media Editor Susan Reda and featured speakers Gene Alvarez, Research VP for Gartner, Stephen Katsirubas, Chief Information Officer for Clarks and Steven Kramer, President for iCongo Inc.

Webinar description:
With the ever-increasing number of channels available to organizations, unifying these channels in a single platform that can effectively manage all channels is challenging. Recently The Clarks Companies, NA – owner of (Clarks) and its affiliated brands Indigo, Privo and Bostonian brands, found themselves in this situation, operating a B2C channel through a third-party, servicing a core business of small to large wholesale accounts, and operating a retail chain of more than 120 stores.

For Clarks, each channel is managed and operated in separate systems with limited ability to leverage product, inventory or customer information across the enterprise. Clarks is now on a path to simplify the management of its operations, multiple brands and channels by leveraging a single multi-channel e-commerce platform.

Topics will include:
• B2C and B2B platform convergence
• Clarks e-commerce project – what are the drivers and direction
• What Clarks was looking for in its chosen solution
• Why cross-channel/multi-channel execution is important
• Clarks web-enabled future
