Eastman Machine Company, manufacturer of cutting machines, automated cutting systems, material handling equipment, and software solutions will exhibit in booth 400 at the 2010 Industrial Fabrics Association International Expo (IFAI). The event will take place October 27-29 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida (USA).

Software, Material Feeding and Cutting Demonstrations

• Eastman's Eagle-C3 Conveyor is a low-ply CNC cutting system that automatically feeds and spreads material for cutting. Equipment operation will be demonstrated over the three day Expo to highlight capabilities for cutting a variety of materials and thicknesses at speeds of up to 60 inches per second (152.4 cm/s). The conveyor boasts a vacuum flow rate of 6000 cfm (170m3/min) with internal blowers; offering a savings in floor space compared to competitive systems with external vacuum blowers.

• 3-Roll Power Feed System for simplified material feeding with automatic tension control for any material type

• EastmanPRO Software Suite modules for cutting operation, design and nesting features

Eastman's manual cutting machines will also be on display, configured for use with materials commonly associated with the industrial fabrics industry. Some of these include the legendary 629X Blue Streak II Straight Knife, the Buzzaird Rotary Shear as well as the gravity fed Plastic Master and the pressure fed Micro Fog cutting machines.

Eastman Machine Company is a leading cutting machine manufacturer, providing custom engineered solutions and innovative technologies for a variety of industries. Eastman is proud to service customers in almost every country from its world headquarters in Buffalo, New York (USA), and through distributors around the world.
