US fashion brand St. John deploys Raymark's Xpert- Series

Raymark, a global leader in enterprise retail software solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of American luxury fashion brand St. John to its prestigious clientele.

Products selected are Raymark's store solutions for managing point of sale and back-office operations including electronic payment, advanced promotions and reporting. St. John has chosen Raymark's Xpert- Series suite as a key component of their retail information technology strategy to streamline store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and improve store sales growth.

St. John has over 45 years of success as a luxury apparel designer, manufacturer, and retailer. As St. John continues to evolve the brand, it identified the need for a new in-store solution to enhance their customer's experience.

Scott Huckleberry, St. John's Senior Vice President of Information Technology says “By implementing Raymark's fully integrated, real-time store solution, we expect to operate more efficiently, supply better visibility to chain-wide inventory, and provide an even higher-level of customer service.”

Experience was particularly important to St. John when choosing a partner for their store systems project and Raymark's established background with luxury brands made it a logical fit. Raymark's President, Marc Chriqui says “At Raymark, we understand that a store experience centered on the consumer as well as a versatile IT solution are keys to retailing success for luxury brands. We are honored to work with St. John to deploy a solution that meets their unique business needs in a dynamic apparel market.”

The project is scheduled to begin immediately with store roll-outs planned for summer 2011.
