Attendees will learn how The Men's Wearhouse recently consolidated its retail and ecommerce systems to a single platform, across multiple divisions and facilities, to dramatically improve operational efficiencies and reduce cost.

The Men's Wearhouse leveraged enVista's retail supply chain expertise to develop a strategy for operational improvement that integrated LEAN Supply Chain practices to significantly reduce operational waste across its supply chain network. The presentation will reveal how companies can effectively upgrade technologies and integrate systems under a single, vendor supported platform by consolidating, evaluating and implementing new systems and procedures. enVista President and CEO Jim Barnes, says, “Our consulting partnership with The Men's Wearhouse has been extremely rewarding. By working with their team to understand their business objectives and by applying supply chain and LEAN expertise, enVista is helping The Men's Wearhouse significantly reduce labor and inventory costs, improve inventory accuracy and visibility, more efficiently use temporary workers, and increase on-time performance and delivery. We look forward to sharing valuable project lessons with other retail leaders at RILA.”
