The author shares his views on the changing face of global trade in terms of shifting production centers in Asia from Western countries. He also explains the opportunities for India and charts down the milestone years in Indian textile industry with exceptionally strong entrepreneurs who have proudly added India on the global textile map.
He concludes by suggesting that external as well as internal factors are strongly in favor of India and would lead Indian Textile & Apparel Industry in its brightest phase in the coming decade. He adds that the regulatory and capital environment is very much supportive; which is enhanced with a host of new bold entrepreneurial leadership which is already available to provide inspiration to many others.
