Thermo-mechanical processes were carried out, mainly by, "Magnetic-pin type",in Early 1930s' and then "False-twist [friction disc type]" Texturing in 1940s' was popular\adopted using nylon\polyester filament yarn to get bulk in synthetic yarn. During 1950 "DuPont Company" situated in Switzerland was Successful to manufacture more bulk from synthetic yarn. In the Year 1954through Taslan Brand- E.I. Dupont De Numers Company developed method of producing natural fibers' imitation yarn from synthetic yarn having more bulk. Enteringthe one end of yarn into special type of jet channel, the turbulent flow of compressed air was continuously flowed on the yarn. During this process through-out the yarn was kept loose and flow of water was also mixed which resulted in turning of yarns into loops on the other side in existed yarn .In this method usage of air was tremendously high and therefore, restricted the commercial popularity.

In 1970, HEBERLEIN Company situated in Switzerland, after extensive research provided three- hole structured nozzle "Hemajet"to textile Industry for commercial use, in place of one hole. In addition to that, an Inclination Angle was also kept at 46 degree instead of 90 degree. With drastic\systematic scientific modification in jet design produced Air-Texturedyarn having higher bulk than existing false-twist texturizing.
