Amit Kumar Anjanee

Amit Kumar Anjanee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Technology (Apparel Production) at National Institute of Fashion Technology, Chennai. He joined NIFT in 2009, and has over 10 years of teaching, research and consulting experience in Garment Manufacturing Technology and Business Administration. His expertise includes Plant Layout, Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, and Ergonomics. He has held positions in the industry as lead consultant in Technopak Advisors Pvt. Ltd and was involved in various plant startup and reengineering of apparel manufacturing process. Also, he has worked as Manager Production Planning and Control.

He has participated in national and international conferences and authored articles in the areas related to garment manufacturing and sustainable development.
