Dr. Madhu Sharan

Madhu Sharan has done her Ph.D in Clothing and Textiles. A caring teacher with 17 years of experience, she is involved in teaching subjects related to the curriculum of Clothing & Textiles and Fashion Designing both at undergraduate and post graduate level. Dedicated in creating a stable working environment, Madhu is currently working as an Associate Professor in clothing and textiles department of the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat, India.

Madhu has been honored with Shiksha Ratan Puraskar awarded by the IIFS, Delhi India. She guides research aspirants in areas of traditional textiles, costumes, and surface ornamentation of textiles, and costumes.
