Mr. G. T Dembla acquired his B.E. (Electrical) from Gujarat University, and Post Graduate in Process Control Engineering from London University in England. He has established an Industrial unit, specializing in Vacuum metallizing on Plastics and Glass and was associated with it for 10 years as a Technical Director. He founded Precision Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd to manufacture rubber cots & aprons for Textile Spinning Industry. He has also acted as the Chairman of Precision Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. in Bombay.

Mr. Dembla has held honorable positions in the past including Chairmanship of Misc. Rubber Products Panel of Chemicals & Allied Products Export Promotion Council, President & Trustee of Indian Textile Accessories and Machinery Manufacturers Association, Vice-Chairman of The Textile Association, Past Chairman of INDIA-ITME, and president of TMMA. He is currently a member of the Executive Council & Hon. Treasurer of Textile Machinery Mfrs. Association. He is a member of Institution of Works Manager, London (M.I.W.M.), and Institution of Engineers India (M.I.E.). He holds company membership in many reputed organizations.
