What is the current market scenario of fabric dyeing machines worldwide? How do you look at the prospects of Fabric dyeing machines market by 2020?

We feel that the market demand is shifting towards energy efficient fabric dyeing machines. Therefore, the demand for air machines is more limited to niche applications. Most of the customers concentrate on jet machines, which afford to dye a wide spectrum of different fabrics with low liquor ratios. For very sensitive rope dyeing applications, customers demand long-type machines.

The highest number of jet machines have been delivered to Asia and Middle/South America. For instance, China, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Vietnam possess enormous fabric dyeing capacities. In these regions, customers predominantly produce apparels and home textiles.

The global challenge for textile machine manufacturers as well as textile producers is to run an economic and ecological business. We feel that the awareness for balancing the industry and the environment increased a lot. It is our task to develop machine concepts, which enable customers to realize these goals. Furthermore, it is important for customers to improve the overall processes and identify synergy effects in the whole dyeing mill.

Looking at the market demands and specific customer needs, we are excited to discover new application areas for example in the fields of functional and technical textiles, which will lead to new product concepts.

The product developments in the last five years were overwhelming. However, we are confident that there is still room for future innovations.

As you can imagine, the global demand for fabric dyeing machines is versatile and strong.
