Job Description
Deal in vendor contracts managements (facilities), assets managements. Govt. liaison - liaising with government departments for water, lighting, etc. Budgetary control - ensure to present the budget against each expense on a monthly basis and keep track of the same.Overseeing facility management which would include security / safety / fire / electricity, general maintenance, house keeping, pest-control, inventory management etc. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes & coordinate intra-office movesSupervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking implement best practice processes to increase efficiency.Monitor renewal of annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for various utilities and renewal of leave and license agreements.Travel within Maharashtra if required
