Job Description
Ensure through implementation of balance score card for entire staff of North region from top to bottom.Ensure that PMS through Balance Score card is implemented in such a manner that KRAs can be properly measured and are result driven.Will have to act as a Trainer in educating all functional head /second line in making them aware about balance score card is, how KRAs of their and their staff member will get measured. Must tie up with functional & technical team in understanding their targets and ensure that it gets cascaded down the line understood well by all and all their queries are resolved timely.Will be responsible for yearly objective setting exercise well in advance and same way drive PMS review on half yearly and annually basis.Responsible for coming with new strategies & ideas leading to employee retention.Responsible for presenting the data in front of senior management in line with budgets and discussions.Design PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for average performance and below performance.Will be responsible for designing career path for all employee working closely with functional and Sectional Heads.Will work closely with the corporate HR team in drafting and implementing new HR policies and systems.Will be responsible for mentoring and coaching 2nd line team working closely with Functional and Sectional head.Will be responsible for coordinating with North and South region in documenting best HR practices to get prepared for participation in great place to work.Various new HR initiatives, HR practices at corporate and at plant level.
